[Remote/WFM] Customer Support Representative

Here is most of what you will do:
• Manage customer onboarding process and activities
• Serve as first line of support for all customer issues
• Update and confirm all renewal opportunities
• Ship customer orders out weekly
• Support operations with product assembly and updates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
