 Assist in identifying trends and areas for improvement based on client feedback.
 Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
 Deliver exceptional service by listening to customer needs and providing tailored support.
 Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
 Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
 Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
