As a Consumer Experience Tester at Amazon, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate our e-commerce platform from the perspective of our customers. You will conduct thorough testing of various aspects of the shopping experience, including website usability, product search functionality, checkout processes, and overall satisfaction with our services.
Your insights will directly impact our product development and customer service strategies, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed our customers expectations. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing specialists, to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
