Job Description

As a Consumer Experience Tester at Amazon, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate our e-commerce platform from the perspective of our customers. You will conduct thorough testing of various aspects of the shopping experience, including website usability, product search functionality, checkout processes, and overall satisfaction with our services.

Your insights will directly impact our product development and customer service strategies, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing specialists, to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.

Your day-to-day tasks will include creating test cases, executing tests, documenting findings, and providing feedback to improve user experience. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss progress and share insights on the latest trends in consumer behavior.

To be successful in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for improving the customer journey.
