- **Continuous Learning:** Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
 *Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience is required; however, experience in customer service is valued.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient with computers and experience with chat platforms or CRM systems is beneficial.
- **Availability:** Must be available to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic: Bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm to every customer interaction.
