- **Problem Resolution:** Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer issues, provide effective solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Database Management:** Input and maintain accurate customer information and interaction notes in our CRM system.
- **Follow-up Communication:** Proactively follow up with customers as required to ensure issues are resolved and to enhance their overall experience.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in customer service or communications is a plus.

- **Soft Skills:**
