 Educate members on pharmacy-based rules related to prescriptions
 Process prior authorization requests and ensure compliance with Medicare
 Resolve grievances and appeals issues
 Respond to inquiries regarding formulary and prescription benefits
 Generate and maintain reports related to rebates and authorizations
Qualifications
 High School diploma or equivalent
 Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience
 Current State Pharmacy Tech Certification or National Certification required
 Bilingual (Spanish) or multi-language skills required
Education Requirements
 High School diploma or equivalent
Education Requirements Credential Category
 Certification in Pharmacy Technology is required based on applicable state(s)
Experience Requirements
 At least 1 year of experience in a pharmacy environment
