Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
Ã⢠Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to address their questions and/or concerns.
Ã⢠Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
Ã⢠Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
Ã⢠Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
Ã⢠Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
Ã⢠Provide feedback on call issues.
Ã⢠Upsell if required.
Qualifications
WeÃâre looking for fearless people Ãâ people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
Ã⢠Must be bilingual and speak fluently in both English & Spanish
Ã⢠Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
Ã⢠6 months Customer service experience preferred
Ã⢠Over 18 years of age
Ã⢠Ability to type 25 wpm
Ã⢠High School Graduate or GED
Ã⢠Comfort with desktop computer system
Ã⢠Proven oral & written communication skills
Ã⢠Possess home state Life, Accident & Health Insurance License
Ã⢠Logical problem-solving skills
Ã⢠Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
Ã⢠Organization and work prioritization skills
