• *Responsibilities:**

The Account Support Assistant will assist in various tasks that ensure our account operations run smoothly and efficiently. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online chats.
- Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.

2. **Account Management:**
- Assist account managers in maintaining accurate and updated account information.
- Prepare and process customer orders, invoices, and billing queries with attention to detail.
- Monitor account activity and proactively identify opportunities for customer engagement.

3. **Data Entry and Maintenance:**
- Input and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order processing, and account updates in CRM and other databases.
- Support the process of generating reports on account performance and customer feedback.

4. **Communication and Coordination:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to support customer needs and account strategies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams as needed.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Provide feedback on processes for improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

6. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist with routine administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and maintaining records.
- Manage incoming documentation and correspondence related to accounts.

• *Requirements:**
• *Education and Experience:**
- Associates degree or equivalent from an accredited institution preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or administrative support.
• *Skills and Competencies:**
- Reliable and confident in addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
- Strong decision-making skills, allowing for quick and effective responses to customer inquiries.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and task requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• *Technical Proficiencies:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software and other data management tools.
- Strong typing and data entry skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
