Value Realization analyst reporting to the Value Realization leader within the Transformation and IT function. The role will assist with business case development, data gathering and analysis, profitability assessments and reporting enhancements. This role sits within an IT & transformation function but is financial in nature. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred. 5-7 years financial and/or accounting experience required, business partnering and business case analysis experience preferred Skillset Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking required. Ability to work independently and manage ones time Required Ability to analyze business trends and conduct related financial modelling Required Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data Preferred Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Essential Major Job Duties and Responsibilities Assist with business case development for major transformation and IT initiatives. Business partnering to understand impacts, gathering relevant operational and financial data for analysis and reporting project effectiveness with supervision.
