Remote/Hybrid EAP Therapist/Counselor Opportunity

Job Overview
We are actively seeking dedicated and skilled clinical counselors, social workers, PsyDs, or PhDs with independent designations to join our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services team. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work environment, with the support of our robust administrative team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality counseling services to clients through telehealth and in-person sessions
Manage client self-scheduling based on your customized availability, ensuring your calendar is updated accordingly
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our user-friendly online portal
Uphold ethical standards and prioritize client confidentiality in all interactions
Required Skills
Independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, PhD)
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Adaptability to manage a flexible work schedule
Proficiency in telehealth platforms
Experience in Employee Assistance Programs or similar counseling settings
Qualifications
Valid independent clinical designation required
Previous experience in counseling or social work is essential
Proven track record in managing a substantial client census is preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive compensation ranging from $80 to $100 per remote session and $100 to $120 per in-person session, adjusted for location
Compensation for no-shows at 50% for telehealth sessions and 75% for in-person appointments
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are compensated at the same rates
Bonus incentive structure allows you to earn up to 20% annually
High client volume with the convenience of self-scheduling
