About the Role This is a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in the legal industry, leveraging your workflow management skills in a dynamic, remote environment with occasional travel to the Newcastle office. As a Remote Workflow Specialist - Evening Shift, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of workflow processes, collaborating with teams across different locations, and providing exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Workflow & Administration: Operational coordination and supervision of workflow using Elevate Workflow Application. Seamless integration with the firm's document management system, iManage. Lead the management of estimating, deadlines, capacity planning, and task allocation to Document Production Specialists. Ensure adherence to "best practice" guidelines and lead communications with clients. Manage and lead communications via Outlook email inboxes and folder structures. Troubleshoot and apply software knowledge across Global Business Services (GBS). Maintain detailed and accurate GBS Tracker and shift handovers. Client Services: Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for client communications. Prioritize tasks accurately and ensure timely and efficient communication across GBS. Collaborate with other service centers, such as Design, VAs, and Print Services. Capture critical management information using the Workflow Application. Coordinate GLB Exceptional Access/SPM requests and ensure workflow prioritization is accurate. Teamwork: Establish and maintain effective communication with colleagues across GBS. Visit India at least once during an 18-month period. Undertake ad hoc duties as requested by GBS Managers. Apply relevant software knowledge to all tasks. The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you will need: A high level of customer focus and the ability to prioritize under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proven experience in a workflow role, preferably in a Document Production (DP) environment. A critical eye for accuracy and up-to-date experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to MS Office 365 Associate level. Flexibility and excellent written English and proofing skills. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications and skills will be considered advantageous: Experience working in a legal or professional services environment. Familiarity with document management systems and workflow applications. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
