Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior People Experience Partner to lead cultural transformation in our remote-first, global environment. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in dynamic settings and embraces challenges as opportunities for growth. You will drive engagement, well-being, and innovation, fostering a people-first culture that supports high-performance teams and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
Lead monthly meetings with area leaders and quarterly sessions with VPs.
Provide HR guidance on policy interpretation and application.
Develop and implement people programs in collaboration with HR departments.
Analyze metrics to identify trends and develop actionable solutions.
Drive performance management processes across cycles.
Champion employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
Partner with centers of excellence to design and execute organizational changes.
Create and implement strategic talent management programs.
What Were Looking For:
5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in People
Proven expertise in HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) functions.
Experience in compensation, performance management, and talent development.
Track record of working with C-Level executives.
Knowledge of employee/labor relations and leadership coaching.
Familiarity with Scrum/Agile frameworks (a plus).
Experience supporting US employees (a plus).
Advanced English proficiency.
