You will work on a variety of projects, including call center, customer service, sales, and data entry/management-based roles. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Job Requirements:
A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home or private office, free from distractions and interruptions
Fluency and proficiency in utilizing multiple tabs, monitors, programs, portals, tools, applications, and software simultaneously, with extreme comfortability in data entry
Excellent phone, email, text/SMS, and overall office etiquette, with the ability to demonstrate compassion, friendliness, sympathy, empathy, and understanding when needed
Comfort and confidence in talking with people, with the ability to pick up a phone (or headset) and communicate professionally
A modern, well-equipped laptop and/or desktop that meets our technical requirements, with regular home (or business) internet service and access to a VoIP headset
Access to a USB flash drive (up to 64gb) and dual monitors (for some projects)
