As we continue to innovate and grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Commercial Real Estate Data Specialist to join our team. Position Overview: Real Estate Experience a must. We are looking for a candidate with real estate industry experience (Commercial Real Estate preferred) to assist in maintaining and updating property data within our proprietary web-based systems. This role involves daily client interactions, requiring strong communication and customer service skills. Former Xceligent or Moody's employees encouraged to apply. $36-$45k annual pay Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with clients to update and maintain accurate listings for properties that are For Sale, For Lease, and Sold in our database. • Utilize spreadsheets and other software tools to organize and process real estate data efficiently. • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all listings. • Assist clients in navigating our web-based platform and troubleshoot any issues. • Provide professional, clear, and friendly customer support via phone and email. Qualifications: • Experience in the real estate industry is a must (Commercial Real Estate preferred). • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, Web Applications, etc.). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail. • Customer service experience is a plus.
