Job description: We have an amazing opportunity to book Remote Wellness Destinations!

This position would be great for a professional, detail oriented individual.

You will need to research and book all Vacation Itineraries, plans, Wellness destinations, and accommodations as needed by your clients. The trip may include but not limited to hotel stay, car rental, flights, events and more.

You will need to stay up to date with specific certifications by different vendors and suppliers to be able to book these trips. And also get familiar with different destinations, to help create an unforgettable experience for clients.

There are also specific niches you can specialize in! Resorts, honeymoons, weddings, ect.

Requirements:
• Must have computer and/or cell phone
• You must be comfortable working with minimal supervision

• * Roles & Responsibilities:
• Arrange Itineraries for businesses, sports teams, vacations, Weddings and more
• Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
• Book reservations for hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
• Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, theme park tickets
• Make alternative scheduling arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
