[Remote] Weekend Night Production Support Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ecco Select is seeking a reliable and technically proficient Technical Support Liaison (TSL) to join their Production Support Team. This entry-level contract role involves monitoring mission-critical processes, responding to alerts, and coordinating with the Production Support team to ensure smooth weekend operations and incident management. Responsibilities • Monitor key application and infrastructure processes during weekend shifts using internal and third-party tools. • Respond to alerts and identify issues in real-time; escalate as needed. • Execute basic SQL queries to assist with troubleshooting or data validation. • Initiate the incident management process for high-severity issues in collaboration with senior team members. • Document activities and escalate unresolved problems in a timely and clear manner. • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. • Operate with minimal supervision while adhering to established protocols and procedures. Skills • Experience in technical support or application monitoring. • Basic proficiency with SQL (read/write/execute queries). • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Comfortable working independently, especially during off-hours. • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and procedures. • Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, or similar platforms. • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira Service Desk, and SharePoint. • Exposure to using tools like Postman or similar for API testing or troubleshooting. • Experience in production support or operations roles in IT environments.
