[Remote] WA Estate Planning/Probate Attorney - 100% Virtual

They are seeking a virtual estate planning and probate attorney licensed in Washington State to handle client matters from consult to signing, supported by a team of paralegals and legal assistants.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Take potential client calls with warm leads (you are not responsible for generating your own business) following a proven script to provide flat-fee services
ā¢ Handle matters start-to-finish with support from the team (we have several paralegals and legal assistants on the team to free you up to do what you do best)
ā¢ Communicate clearly with clients and keep work flowing on time
Skills
ā¢ WA licensed attorney in good standing
ā¢ 2+ years of estate planning/probate experience OR 4+ years of legal practice and excited to specialize
ā¢ Comfortable selling on the phone using a script
ā¢ Detail oriented; strong written and verbal communication
ā¢ Can follow systems and checklists; team player, not a lone ranger
ā¢ Wants coaching, feedback, and to keep getting better
ā¢ Customer service experience
