[Remote] VP, APP + Education

They are seeking a VP, APP + Education to manage Advanced Practice Providers and enhance the operational efficiency of their fertility services. Responsibilities • Directly manages 30 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) throughout the national organization • Developed organizational design/structure for APPs nationally and trained over 30 APPs to support expansion into 33 markets • Designed and implemented a comprehensive onboarding program fostering APPs to operate at the top of their license and maximize their potential • Conduct site visits to audit best practices and ensure implementation of Kindbody’s methodology • Collaborates with practice and clinical operations to streamline efficiency across all markets • Conducts fertility consultations and facilitates patients moving through treatment quickly and efficiently, including initial patient assessments and follow-up appointments Skills • Experience managing Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) • Experience in organizational design and structure development • Experience in training and onboarding healthcare providers • Ability to conduct site visits and audits • Experience in collaborating with clinical operations • Experience in conducting fertility consultations Company Overview • Kindbody is a fertility clinic network and family-building benefits provider for employers.
