Ā Execute Enrichment Tasks as outlined in client training.
Ā Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, including follow-ups with various state boards for status updates.
Ā Ensure prompt and high-caliber execution of assignments.
Ā Remain adaptable in performing additional responsibilities as needed.
Required Skills
Ā Openness to engaging in both voice and non-voice processes.
Ā Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ā Competence in working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Ā Proficiency with computers is preferred.
Qualifications
Ā Previous experience in inbound/outbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is advantageous.
Ā Availability for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with immediate start.
Ā Flexibility to adapt to changes in processes and information.
