Key Responsibilities
Ā Participate in both voice and non-voice processes as necessary.
Ā Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication.
Ā Validate information supplied by third-party sources using online databases.
Ā Execute and complete Enrichment Tasks as outlined by client training.
Ā Conduct data entry tasks, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
Ā Achieve timely and quality execution of all assigned tasks.
Ā Be prepared to undertake additional duties as required.
Required Skills
Ā A readiness to engage in both voice and non-voice processes.
Ā Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ā Adaptability and flexibility, with a talent for navigating changes in processes and information.
Ā Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Ā Proficiency in computer usage is preferred.
Qualifications
Ā Previous experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is advantageous.
Ā Availability to commit to 40 hours per week, with the capability to start immediately.
Ā Ability to maintain a reliable work-from-home environment, including a stable internet connection.
