Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evaluations to ascertain students needs and eligibility for special education services.
Design and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address each students unique learning objectives.
Deliver engaging and effective direct instruction and support through our advanced online platform, ensuring students achieve measurable progress.
Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to foster a unified and supportive learning environment.
Maintain meticulous records and documentation of student progress, services rendered, and all relevant communications.
Required Skills
Master's degree or higher in Special Education or a related discipline.
Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Special Educator role.
Proficiency in utilizing virtual instruction tools and technology.
Strong communication skills capable of building meaningful relationships in a virtual context.
A dedicated, student-centered approach to delivering high-quality education and support.
Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field is required.
Valid state teaching certification in Special Education is mandatory.
At least 2 years of professional experience as a Special Educator.
