[Remote] Virtual eLearning Developer – Ongoing Need

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clarity Consultants is partnering with a leading oil and gas company on a training transformation initiative, and they are seeking experienced eLearning Developers. In this role, you will collaborate with instructional designers to create interactive eLearning lessons for field technicians in the hydrocarbon production and processing industry. Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Senior Instructional Design team and eLearning Lead to create a series of engaging 15–30-minute eLearning lessons. • Utilize proficiency in Storyline 360 to create highly interactive and visually rich eLearning content. • Transform storyboards and scripts into modern, cutting-edge training modules. • Create engaging visual content that supports learners’ understanding of complex systems, processes, and concepts. Skills • 10+ years of experience in eLearning development, with a focus on creating media-rich modules that incorporate audio, video, animations, 3D models, and high interactivity. • Expert-level skills in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Vyond, audio editing; must provide own laptop and software licenses. • Ability to work exclusively on a PC throughout the project is required. • Experience in video and audio production and editing, with the ability to incorporate these elements seamlessly into eLearning content. • Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the capability to develop multiple lessons simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines. • Must have excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with Instructional Designers, Project Managers, QA/QC, and other team members to bring storyboards and designs to life with exceptional visual appeal. • Must be able to provide an outstanding portfolio of eLearning samples demonstrating expertise in multimedia-rich, interactive training modules. • Highly dedicated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering innovative and impactful training solutions. • Proven experience developing eLearning for complex technical content, particularly in industries such as oil & gas, utilities, energy, or nuclear is highly preferred.
