Delivering Outstanding Customer Support

Handle an expected 50-60 customer interactions per shift in a structured, efficient manner
Maintain consistency in attendance and punctuality, understanding that our customers depend on us
Participate actively in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills
Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for continuity of care


Contributing to Continuous Improvement

Identify trends and patterns in customer issues and communicate them to leadership
Provide feedback on processes, tools, and policies that could enhance the customer experience

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Must be able to read, write, and understand both Spanish and English fluently
Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems or similar platforms
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new software applications
Ability to work full-time hours in a remote environment
