A patient and empathetic approach to handling customer interactions, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations and resolve issues calmly

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses through the chat platform
Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive and satisfactory customer experience
Assist card members with account management tasks, including billing inquiries, transaction investigations, and updating account information
Offer technical support and guidance to card members experiencing technical issues with their accounts or the website
Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system
Identify opportunities to introduce card members to additional products and services
Gather and report feedback from card members to help identify areas for improvement in processes and products
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including regulatory and compliance requirements
