Remote Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper for a US-based CPA firm
We are looking for a strong and passionate Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our global team in a permanently remote work set-up as a full-time employee. The successful candidate will work directly for our US-based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based in Cebu, Philippines.About the Client:A professional accounting firm, providing primarily tax and bookkeeping servicesBased in California, USAKey Responsibilities:1. As a primary role, performs the following Virtual Assistant tasks:Answer phoneHelp with client onboardingFollow-up with client leadsRequest missing information from clientsBilling and AR (e.g., creating invoices, sending invoices to clients, follow up on outstanding AR, etc.)2. As a secondary role, performs bookkeeping tasks (e.g., support the local US bookkeeper, keeping the clients books, etc.)Qualifications:Meaningful experience (at least 2-3 years) as a Virtual Assistant (preferably with U.S. client)Must be very comfortable speaking with clients in EnglishProficient with QuickBooks or Xero accounting softwareWilling and able to work in California working hours (PST)Available full-time (at least 40 hours per week)Originally posted on Himalayas
