They are seeking a full-time remote Virtual Assistant responsible for various administrative tasks, guest coordination, and support for property owners. Responsibilities • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks • Coordinating with guests • Assisting with dynamic pricing and marketing efforts • Handling maintenance requests • Ensuring regulatory compliance • Maintaining stellar guest services • Providing top-notch support to property owners • Effective communication with internal teams and external clients Skills • Administrative skills including organization, scheduling, and task management • Customer service abilities and effective communication with guests and property owners • Experience in pricing optimization, marketing strategies, and promotional activities • Maintenance coordination and regulatory compliance skills • Proficiency in relevant technology and software for property management • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment • bolthires experience required • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred • Previous experience in the vacation rental industry is a plus • Experience using Guesty PMS preferred Benefits • 10 days of PTO • 1 day off per week Company Overview • We're not just managers, we're owners too.We understand the challenges and the opportunities of vacation rental ownership.
