You will also work closely with our retail sales representatives, market leadership, and Customer Relations leadership to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Document customer interactions and concerns according to department standards
Utilize internal systems to access and research customer accounts and history
Collaborate with teammates to provide multi-level support and resolve customer concerns
Adapt to changing priorities and needs, with a high level of critical thinking and discretion
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong proficiency in various computer applications and software required
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Adeptness in navigating operating systems, productivity tools, and software relevant to the role (Salesforce, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office) preferred
