Our Mission: Xenios is building the complete AI-powered operating system for personal trainers, health coaches, and performance professionals. We're integrating telehealth services, lab connectivity, wearables, and AI-driven insights to eliminate the administrative burden that caps most coaches at 20-30 clients—enabling them to scale to 200+ while maintaining personalized attention.

We are currently raising our pre-seed round from healthcare and consumer tech investors.

Role & Opportunity

As a Venture Development Partner, you will identify, engage, and develop relationships with accredited investors, angel syndicates, and venture partners. You'll work closely with the founding team to support the fundraising process and broader strategic partnership development.

Responsibilities include:
• Identifying and connecting with accredited investors, syndicates, or venture partners aligned with wellness, AI, and performance technology
• Managing outreach, communication, and relationship building with prospective capital partners
• Assisting with due diligence materials and investor coordination as needed
• Maintaining clear records of outreach, pipeline status, and investor communications
• Providing weekly updates to leadership on pipeline progress and conversion metrics

What We're Looking For
• FINRA registration required: Series 7, Series 63, Series 82, or equivalent broker-dealer registration enabling legal receipt of transaction-based compensation
• Proven experience with investor relations, venture development, or startup fundraising (AI / wellness / sports tech experience is a plus)
• Strong existing network among accredited investors, angel groups, or early-stage VCs
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and follow-through
• Self-driven, organized, and able to move quickly in a startup environment

Compensation Structure

Commission-based compensation tied to successful capital raises, structured in compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations:

Exact percentages negotiated based on experience, network strength, and deal involvement. All compensation paid in accordance with applicable securities laws and requires valid FINRA registration.

Alternative Structure (Non-Licensed Advisors): If you have strong investor relationships but do not hold FINRA registration, we offer a flat-fee consulting retainer + advisory equity structure. Compensation includes a monthly retainer for strategic guidance and introductions, plus time-vesting equity grants under a standard advisor agreement. Contact us to discuss.

• Are you able to maintain a trackable investor pipeline (CRM or spreadsheet) and provide weekly updates on outreach and conversions?
• Are you able to operate in compliance with SEC and FINRA rules (including avoiding general solicitation and unapproved marketing language when applicable)?
• Are you willing to sign confidentiality and non-circumvention terms related to the investor pipeline and introductions?
