[Remote] Ventura Trust - Chief Operating Officer

Goldmark Property Management is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer for Ventura, a Minnesota non-deposit trust company specializing in fiduciary services for Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). The COO will be responsible for setting annual objectives, nurturing a collaborative culture, and overseeing various operational aspects including client support, compliance, and financial analysis.
