Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead end-to-end Veeva CRM implementations, upgrades, and global rollouts
ā¢ Strong expertise in Veeva CRM configuration, data model, security, and business processes
ā¢ Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams
ā¢ Design and oversee customizations, integrations, and data migration activities
ā¢ Drive requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and user enablement
ā¢ Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulations and Veeva best practices
Skills
ā¢ 15+ years of experience in Life Sciences and CRM platforms
ā¢ Lead end-to-end Veeva CRM implementations, upgrades, and global rollouts
ā¢ Strong expertise in Veeva CRM configuration, data model, security, and business processes
ā¢ Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams
ā¢ Design and oversee customizations, integrations, and data migration activities
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (as applicable to Veeva)
ā¢ Drive requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and user enablement
ā¢ Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulations and Veeva best practices
ā¢ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
