[Remote] Vascular Therapies Clinical Specialist - Las Vegas

The Vascular Therapies Clinical Specialist role involves providing expert clinical support in the catheterization lab and operating room, building relationships with physicians and hospital staff, and managing product-related concerns.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Assist in executing proactive regional plans that integrate clinical, sales, and service support to improve market share and enhance customer experience
ā¢ Serve as the primary clinical resource for case coverage, basic troubleshooting, specialty product usage, and customer training
ā¢ Attend procedures at customer accounts and advise physicians on clinical attributes and techniques associated with peripheral intervention products
ā¢ Represent the field organization during designated Boston Scientific clinical lab days
ā¢ Educate customers on proper clinical use and value of company products through presentations and demonstrations across multiple platforms
ā¢ Provide supplemental training support during product launches and for high-touch specialty products
ā¢ Respond to customer needs and product-related concerns by developing practical solutions or partnering with internal teams to deliver optimal outcomes
ā¢ Manage consignment inventory, including tracking, semiannual audits, expired product handling, and returns
ā¢ Ensure timely collection and reporting of required medical documentation related to procedural device use
ā¢ Support the Quality Policy by embedding quality into all aspects of work and maintaining compliance with all applicable quality requirements
Skills
ā¢ Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical, medical device, or related healthcare field
ā¢ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of clinical education (courses, certifications) and clinical experience
ā¢ Prior cardiovascular or endovascular clinical experience
ā¢ Minimum of 3 years' experience in a competitive field-based clinical role, or a minimum of 6 years' experience in a related clinical field
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to manage a large number of accounts and travel extensively within a territory
ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively while receiving coaching and direction from cross-functional partners
