ā¢ Preparing detailed USPAP-compliant reports and opinions of value
Skills
ā¢ 10+ Years' Experience in Business Valuation and USPAP is essential
ā¢ ASA, CBA, CVA, ABV Certification required
ā¢ Master degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
ā¢ Experienced in project and staff management
ā¢ Strong Analytical Skills, valuation drivers, risk factors, customer relationships, product/service USP, SWOT
ā¢ Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently and remotely
ā¢ Appraisal of Intellectual Property a plus
