The role involves creating innovative user experiences and designing intuitive interfaces for Salesforce portals while collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation. Responsibilities • Design user interfaces and experiences for Salesforce Experience Cloud portals to ensure they are intuitive and user-friendly • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that align with Salesforce design standards • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and accurately implemented using Lightning Web Components • Customize and enhance Experience Cloud templates to meet client needs and business requirements • Participate in design reviews and offer guidance on UX best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem Skills • 3–5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with hands-on Salesforce experience • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Experience designing for Salesforce Experience Cloud and working with Experience Cloud templates • Prior client-facing experience with polished communication skills • Experience in the Higher Education industry • Background in consulting or working with digital agencies • Familiarity with usability and accessibility best practices Company Overview • Horizontal Talent provides staffing services for IT, digital marketing, and strategic markets.
