Remote UX/UI Designer

Accountabilities
Design end-to-end product experiences from initial concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
Balance strategic product thinking with detailed execution across various verticals.
Conduct user research and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
Rapidly prototype and validate design ideas using both low and high fidelity methods.
Contribute to quarterly strategy and roadmap planning to enhance user engagement.
Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and accessibility.
Requirements
5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing high craft.
Experience managing end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery.
Strong collaboration skills with product, engineering, and research teams.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and push projects forward in fast-paced settings.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for cross-functional presentations.
Proficient in Figma and other modern design tools.
Strong systems-level design thinking and experience contributing to a design system.
