Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled UX Designer to join our in-house creative agency, OnBrand. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional customer experiences across various digital touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver customer-centered design solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs
Conduct customer discovery sessions, design thinking, and empathy mapping to understand customer pain points and opportunities
Utilize analytical skills and strategic perspective to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve the customer experience
Collaborate with product directors to determine their understanding needs, make recommendations, and craft strategies that align with their product roadmap
Develop and maintain design documentation, including site maps, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications
Conduct usability testing and other forms of qualitative and quantitative customer research
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, or Product Management
Bachelor's degree in a design-related field
Strong understanding of the UX design process and agile methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
Strong portfolio that demonstrates your UX design skills and experience
