Requirements
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in niche hiring.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in specialized IT roles.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to networking, social media, job boards, and Boolean searches.
• Strong understanding of technical requirements and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience working remotely and independently, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates using various methods and tools, ensuring alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruiting, continuously improving sourcing strategies and processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment tools.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on recruitment status.
