Responsibilities
1. Provide remote support for UPS systems.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve UPS system issues.
3. Perform routine maintenance on UPS equipment.
4. Assist clients with technical inquiries.
5. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
6. Document support cases and solutions.
7. Collaborate with team members to enhance service.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UPS systems.
