Be prepared to travel up to 40%.
Required Skills
In-depth knowledge of the commercial trucking insurance landscape, encompassing risk evaluation and pricing methodologies.
Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven track record in leading and developing a team in a dynamic environment.
Professional designations such as CPCU, AU, or ARM are highly regarded.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial underwriting, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
