Remote UI/UX designer (US Based Citizen/Green Card Holder)

Qualifications Requirements • US Citizenship/Green Card Holder must be willing to do a background check • Understanding of Design thinking • Experience in Design led software development lifecycle best practices • Experience in UX artifact development (personas, journey maps, service blueprints, etc.) • Conceptualize, design, communicate, and iterate upon product solutions based on business, user, and technological requirements, recommendations, and opportunities. • Establish and promote design guidelines and standards • Front-end web design understanding for HTML, CSS, Javascript, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design using User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) principles to develop comprehensive, engaging designs. • Proficiency with tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Invision • Word, Powerpoint, JIRA, Confluence • Possess a deep understanding of the user and key audiences • Asking the right questions to drive innovation, define problem spaces, and establish solutions • A background in technology, visual design, or user experience • Roll-up-your-sleeves problem solver and collaborator • Strong speaker and written/visual communicator with superior listening skills and a “share early, share often” mentality • Strong presentation skills Desired skills • Web/Graphic Design • User Interface design • Typography • Business Analysis / Business Process Modeling • Design Thinking • User Research • Lean UX • Prior management or technology consulting experience working with large enterprise clients Additional Information Intevity offers a competitive and comprehensive employee compensation and benefits package that includes base salary, medical, dental, and vision insurance, long and short-term disability insurance, life insurance, 401k program with company match, and an open PTO plan.
