Key Responsibilities
Ā Execute data enrichment tasks as per the training provided by the client.
Ā Perform credentialing-related duties, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications.
Ā Liaise with various state boards and credentialing organizations to secure status updates and verifications.
Ā Maintain the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards.
Ā Validate information sourced from third-party entities by utilizing online databases for cross-referencing.
Ā Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as required.
Required Skills
Ā Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
Ā Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Ā Ability to excel in a remote work environment.
Ā A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
Qualifications
Ā A minimum of 6 months' experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service role is preferred.
Ā Availability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
