Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized tutoring to K-12 students in designated subjects
Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to students' unique needs
Evaluate and document student progress regularly

Communicate student needs and progress effectively with our educational team
Required Skills
Strong ability to connect with students
Excellent communication abilities
Capacity to multitask effectively
Proficiency in established curriculum-based programs
Ability to motivate and guide students during instruction
Skills in recognizing and rewarding students achievements
Qualifications
Reading/English Tutors: Must be pursuing an Education/Teaching Degree
Math Tutors: Proficiency up to Algebra 2 (Education Degree not required)
Test Prep (ACT/SAT) Tutors: Strong ACT/SAT score (30/1400 or higher preferred)
Preferred Experience: A minimum of one year in teaching or tutoring
