About the Role We're seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote TurboTax Product Experts. As a Product Expert, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and providing expert guidance on TurboTax products. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and other channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of TurboTax products, tax laws, and tax concepts to provide expert guidance to customers. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions to customers, working collaboratively with internal teams as needed. Communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, adapting your communication style to meet the needs of diverse customers. Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet productivity and service level goals. Essential Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to display empathy and understanding when interacting with customers. Intermediate level of knowledge in relevant operating systems and software environments. Experience with software troubleshooting and problem-solving. Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and determine appropriate courses of action. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts. Program Details The program will run from January 13th, 2025 to April 15th, 2025, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week. You'll have the opportunity to work a flexible schedule, with operating hours from 8am to midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
