Remote Truck Dispatcher

Our client is seeking a meticulous and organized Remote Truck Dispatcher to manage and coordinate our fleet operations from the comfort of your home. This vital role ensures the efficient and timely movement of goods across the country. The Remote Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for assigning loads to drivers, optimizing routes to minimize transit times and fuel costs, and tracking shipments from pickup to delivery. You will serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing them with necessary information, support, and assistance throughout their journeys. Key responsibilities include monitoring driver availability and performance, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and company policies, and proactively identifying and resolving any logistical challenges that may arise. This position requires excellent communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and other internal teams. You will utilize our dispatch software and communication tools to manage all aspects of the delivery process. Essential qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related transportation role.
