We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Travel/Vacation Planner to join our team. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from any location, allowing you to explore and experience new destinations while working.
Responsibilities:
Ā Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and desired destinations
Ā Research and plan customized itineraries for clients, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation
Ā Utilize industry knowledge and resources to provide recommendations and insider tips to enhance clients' travel experiences
Ā Communicate with clients through various channels, such as email, phone, and video conferencing, to ensure their needs are met and questions are answered in a timely manner
Ā Manage bookings and reservations, including making changes or cancellations as needed
Ā Stay up-to-date on travel trends, new destinations, and industry updates to continuously enhance the company's offerings
Ā Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate the best deals and rates for clients
Ā Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire travel planning process and during the clients' trip
Ā Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall client experience
Qualifications:
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ā Ability to work independently and remotely, while still being a team player
Ā Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations and travel trends
Ā Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ā Experience with international travel and knowledge of different cultures is a plus
