[Remote] Travel Team Executive (Bilingual English/Japanese)

The Travel Team Executive will handle cases for Japanese nationals overseas and foreigners visiting Japan, providing optimal services in response to various travel-related issues.ResponsibilitiesHandle outpatient cases (initial and re-consultation arrangements, etc.) alone and lead conversations while proceedingHandle hospitalization arrangements for patients, anticipating and avoiding possible problems before they occurHandle patient transportation (return) arrangements alone, while accurately understanding the situation and obtaining necessary informationHandle Motor cases (arranging ambulance, providing location information in case of theft, etc.) and proceed according to the flowReview invoices we received to make sure all necessity information were obtainedAdjudicate the contents, reports medical information to our clients in order to determine coverageInform insureds the amount of invoices, if necessary, in order to request claim form to submit on timeReview reimbursement claims documents to match with providers claims contents, report all information to our client’s reimbursement request amount is legitimateIf it’s not legitimate, get authorization from our clients for rejection, and send out denial letter to insuredsSkillsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) requiredBasic business knowledge (travel insurance policy conditions, service details and flow chart)Fluent oral and written Japanese and English language skillsAbility to understand the situation and feelings of the other party and respond accordinglyAccuracy (ability to respond accurately in accordance with the flow and keep accurate records in the case management system)Additional fluency in Spanish and/or PortuguesePrior experience in medical care, travel, hospitality, customer service, or operationsExperience working with medical care visit include travel management systems or booking platformsBenefitsGenerous Employer contribution for health, dental, and vision insurancePaid Maternity and Paternity LeaveScholarship Program for Employee DependentsCompany match on 401kEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Company paid short-term and long-term disability insuranceCompany paid life insuranceVoluntary Pet InsuranceVoluntary Legal BenefitDiscounts on travel insuranceTime off policies including vacation days, sick days, personal days, holidays and volunteer days (VTO)Company OverviewGenerali Global Assistance (formerly CSA Travel Protection) has been a leading provider of travel insurance and assistance services for 30 years.
