Remote Travel Planning Specialist (Entry Level)
JAK Travel Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Planning Specialist to assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating travel arrangements. This remote role focuses on customer support, organization, and providing a positive travel planning experience. Responsibilities
ā¢ Assist clients with researching and planning travel arrangements such as lodging, transportation, and activities
ā¢ Respond to client questions via email, phone, or online platforms in a professional and timely manner
ā¢ Provide general travel information and support throughout the planning process
ā¢ Maintain accurate and organized client records
ā¢ Follow company procedures and supplier guidelines
ā¢ Participate in required training and team communications
ā¢ Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
Qualifications
ā¢ Must be at least 18 years of age
ā¢ Must reside in the United States
ā¢ Strong communication and customer service skills
ā¢ Basic computer and internet skills
ā¢ Ability to follow instructions and work independently
ā¢ Strong organization and time-management skills
ā¢ Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace
ā¢ Willingness to complete required training
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 ā 30 per week
