Key Responsibilities: Transcribe audio and video files into clear written documents. Review and edit transcripts for grammar, formatting, and clarity. Ensure transcripts meet required style guidelines and quality standards. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Manage multiple transcription assignments and meet deadlines. Identify unclear audio segments and request clarification when necessary. Use transcription software and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy. Proofread and revise completed transcripts before submission. Qualifications: Previous transcription experience preferred (medical, legal, or general). Excellent listening, typing, and grammar skills. Able to type at least 60 WPM with high accuracy. Strong attention to detail and time management abilities. Familiarity with transcription software (e.g., Express Scribe, Otter, Descript). Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
