[Remote] Title Examiner II

Responsibilities
ā¢ Compiles, investigates and examines public and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of the title and insurability of the property
ā¢ Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures
ā¢ Follows standard procedures and guidelines
ā¢ Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams
ā¢ Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided
ā¢ Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options
ā¢ Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team
ā¢ Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach; Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload
ā¢ Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Skills
ā¢ High school diploma required
ā¢ Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
ā¢ Bachelor's preferred
