Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic part-time therapist to become a vital member of our compassionate mental health team. Key Responsibilities
Ā Collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor and team members in monthly meetings to discuss program development, clinical oversight, and staff enhancement.
Ā Offer a diverse array of therapeutic services, including assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and case management for adults, children, and families.
Ā Craft and execute personalized treatment plans that align with the unique requirements of clients, ensuring thorough and timely documentation in line with agency policies.
Ā Adhere to agency standards for billable services and contribute to peer reviews and program evaluations to improve service delivery.
Ā Keep abreast of the latest clinical practices and knowledge to enhance client outcomes.
Ā Participate in fostering a collaborative environment by engaging in staff meetings, medical staffings, and annual evaluations.
Ā Uphold professional licensure requirements and commit to ongoing professional development.
Required Skills
Ā Proficient understanding of community mental health settings and telehealth modalities.
Ā Excellent communication abilities, ensuring clarity and understanding with both clients and colleagues.
Ā Capable of independently troubleshooting technical issues, with IT support available when necessary.
Ā Comfortable working remotely, possessing reliable internet connectivity and a secure, private space to maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications
Ā A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Ā Current Illinois State License in Professional Counseling or Social Work.
Ā Demonstrated experience in providing counseling services to adults and children, including case management.
