Do you believe that consistency between clinic visits is key to patient success? Aquacare & Fitness Forum Physical Therapy is expanding our Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) program, and we are looking for a PTA with great communication skills, confidence, and compassion to serve as a Care Navigator within our patient support team. Experience with Remote Therapeutic Monitoring is required! What This Role Involves As part of our RTM Team, you will support patients in-between their clinic visits to increase home program consistency and overall outcomes.
